We support our customers in the early concept and development phase, during product development and in the optimization of existing components. Together, we analyze the technical feasibility and develop casting-compatible solutions using the Pro Engineer/Creo CAD systems.
Cooperation takes place in close partnership between design, technology and production. Our customers are regularly involved in initial sample inspections or audits on site.

Simulation: “Quality through safety”
We regularly use modern casting simulations to detect possible errors at an early stage and to optimize castings. Among other things, we work with MAGMA software.

Casting & metal processing
High-performance cast iron for the highest demands
In Sembach, we manufacture high-quality cast parts made of gray cast iron (GJL) and ductile cast iron (GJS) up to 700-2.

Optimum heat treatment
Heat treatment is carried out by qualified external partners and includes various tempering and quenching processes:

Mechanical processing is carried out by specialized external partners who have modern machining centers and qualified personnel.
