Rethinking production
As early as 2008/2009, a new type of system was developed. In order to achieve the goal of sustainably improving the process chain, all production processes were consistently examined down to the last detail. The result is impressive! The ring-shaped production hall forms a closed process chain and is the only one of its kind in the world.
Faster on the circular conveyor track
Automated transportation on a circular conveyor avoids waiting times and unnecessary transport routes. Only one type of activity takes place in each hall. This means that the processes cannot interfere with each other.
More safety – fewer emissions
For the first time, the workstations are stationary and can be designed to be productive, safe and ergonomically correct. Employees and their personal tools have a fixed workstation. Emissions are intercepted on the spot. Dust can no longer spread everywhere.
